        This motel prides itself on excellent customer service and experience. The front desk host acted as more of a concierge and allowed me to check in early as well as saw me pull up to the motel later that day in my rental car and came out and filled out the parking form for me without me asking. The rooms are good quality as it looks like they've been renovated fairly recently. They offer a Keurig brewer in the room and there is a nice little dinner within the same parking lot that has great service and delicious food. Overall a great stay at the Pacific Inn and would recommend anyone traveling in the area to stay there.

        For the price, it’s hard to beat. The staff was friendly. The room was really clean and looked newly renovated. I’d like a firmer bed but seems like preference. The fridge was slightly larger than a mini fridge and came with a separate freezer. It was a convenient location given how short of a drive to Monterey and Carmel. The diner attached to it was pretty good. We always had a parking spot when we came back but there was only a couple to choose from.

        The place is plain and boxy, but clean. However, the front desk staff was horrible. They demanded a deposit of $200 CASH because we live about 15 miles away. I asked why and she said it was a security deposit. I asked to speak to the manager, who later appeared, visibly reluctant to speak with me. I said that if we didn't trash the place when we stayed here last year, we were not likely to trash the place this year. (Hoping for a smile, which I didn't get.) Instead, the manager told me bluntly, "I don't believe in favoritism." To which I responded, "I'm not asking for favoritism, I'm asking for an exercise of discretion. There's no justification to ask for a deposit from a couple in their sixties attending a jazz festival. Plus, I don't carry cash." The manager responded by pointing to a sign on the wall that said something like "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." I was stunned. Here I was trying to check-in as a repeat customer and instead of being welcomed, I was being threatened. Finally, after some length, we were checked-in, but told that next time we would be required to pay the cash deposit. Needn’t worry, I said. There won’t be a next time.

        Clean and renovated motel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable, especially for the price!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
