        Beautiful apartment! Really couldn't ask for better accomadation, it was modern well equipped, huge TV, comfy bed etc BUT the noise was just awful! You can hear the club as if you were in it but visiting the toilets until 7:30 am and you can hear every single parson in the upstairs and next door apartment and people are constantly screaming and shouting and arguing dont the ally, 8:15am the first bight was when noise finally stopped after hearing 4 hours of very loud singing along by groups which is so unfortunate AND REALLY FRUSTRATING, im 26 and complety understand its a busy lively place I'd been out myself but when I just wanted to go to sleep on the 2 nights I stayed it was sadly impossible, id love to stay again and recomend this place but because of the noise unfortunately I cant it was so tiring and just unbearable when trying to sleep😔 im writing this whilst severely over tired but no chance of sleeping because of the blaring music banging screaming singing and shouting currently happening 😪

        Stayed at 27 Stanley street and the music from the club beneath was so loud the flat was vibrating with the bass and went on until 4am Flat itself was perfect, modern clean and well equipped. Perfect to stay in IF you are not planning to sleep overnight!! Unfortunately I did want to sleep hence the low rating.

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never had a worse experience with a hotel/apartment. The door doesn’t lock so we had to stay in all night as they refused to come fix until we said we wanted a refund! They then said we couldn’t have a refund as they were coming to fix it so we had to go through booking.com to get it. The staff are so rude and hard to contact, and it is so so loud the “sound proofing” they claim to have is a myth. We are also still owed a £200 deposit almost a month later which they made us pay via bank transfer.

        Place was nice enough, but it obviously hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, which is pretty worrying during a pandemic. There were canisters everywhere, tissue paper stuck to the bathroom walls, ash on the windowsill and more. They never responded to our email about it. GF left a review on hotels(dot)com which they responded to and then apparently had removed.

        Never Again no lift no hot water and no sleep very loud music from club below went on till 4am in the morning, dirty windows no curtains broken blinds stained furniture, Bad smell, Nothing Possitive to say about it.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
