The room was large and clean with a great private bathroom and lovely touches like snacks and slippers. The location couldn't be better, steps from the Duomo and 10 min from every site in historical center. Will definitely be back on my next trip!

Location is the biggest plus. Only a block from the cathedral. Rooms are dated and a bit dirty. Some of the rooms have external bathroom. Staff is only here from 8 to 2 which is a downside. Need 3 codes to get to your room. Expensive for what you get. Overall it was ok.

Great location. 3 mins walk to the duomo. If you are here for shopping, this will be a great location. The room is very basic. Room insulation is quite poor.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
