First thing I noticed was the security standards of the premises, 100% safe. I enjoyed seeing the restaurant staff every morning, and evening. They were very professional and attentive. I appreciated how flexible the staff were with me staying after check in time. The initial agreement was to pt extra but because I left at 2pm not 6pm there was no extra charge, Very nice guy named Philip arranged this for me. He worked behind the desk and ensured I was well looked after. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Peaceful and beautiful Ambience hotel is nicely organized well experienced and welcoming staff with good security standards. Pool and buffet makes it very convenient.. Hotel also have early breakfast options at room but was unable to make it. Rooms spacious but need some improvement. Thank you for your service

Their conference experience looked enticing. I'd want to host an event or two there soon. Their food was good too. I loved how they don't do plastic water bottles for their events. It's all glass. Great for the environment. Awe-inspiring views at the roof top, especially at night. Nairobi looks magical from up there.

Had an awesome. Enjoyed everyday of our stay. Big shout out to Helen, Jane, Janet, Mercy, Chef Ramesh, the housekeeping team, Margaret and John to make our stay during our nephew's wedding soo smooth. My first international trip! Stayed at Prideinn Azure and all I can say is WOW. The staff was so welcoming and kind. A beautiful hotel and had a wonderful stay. I would recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
