Just returned back from a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed the Pride Inn. The rooms were perfect, very clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive. Nice to see the Masai influence. Great range of food at every meal including some local dishes and lots of vegetarian options. The hotel arranged for a driver/guide for the safari, George, who was exception and really made the experience.

My husband and I have wanted to go on Safari and finally did. We had no idea what to expect. The PrideInn staff was welcoming and we felt safe and taken care of while there. We had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful, clean and comfortable huge tent with full bathroom. There is even a large swimming pool and wonderful observation deck. The food and desserts were excellent at each meal. The variety of dishes and tastes was amazing. The inside dining room was very nice and staff were attentive and polite. We felt like the staff was happy we were there. Lots of smiles and interaction with staff. We also took advantage of the patio outside seating for several meals and observed monkeys, birds and wildlife in the trees and all around below us. The PrideInn staff helped make this a once in a lifetime experience for us. The other guests on our trip felt the same way. From the attentive front dest staff, to the bartender, meal staff, cooks, porters and cleaning staff, everyone was excellent. We also appreciated the supervision at night....there was always someone on duty looking out for our safety and comfort. This Safari camp was the best and far exceeded our expectations. You can be sure you are getting an excellent value at the PrideInn as well.

Mara is a paradise with a spectacular atmosphere when you only feel peace. If you are lucky with your camp, the experience is a miracle. This camp is special , because the fantastic tends, delicious food and great terrace. But the best is the service. Everyone is efficient, friendly, kind, respectful and welcoming. I highly recommend you this hotel. It’s no so far Talek door to Mara and near to the OI kiombo airstrip. You really will enjoy fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner in the spectacular terrace. I’ll come back!!!!

Just like all other Pride inn properties, their Mara Camp offers great experience blended in the wilderness. Located along the Talek River right the border of the park. One has the option of accessing the camp from the park whereby you use a footbridge to get to the camp. This is what I always do giving an advantage of being in the park within a few steps of walking. The other option is from outside whereby you drive to the reception doorstep. This however means you have to drive through the village for roughly 20 minutes to access the park for game drives. The environment is serene and relaxing. It is very easy to access the Masai community village for cultural experience and more. This is a place that doesn't disappoint if you choose.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
