Amazing stay! The room is gorgeous in its combo of tasteful modern decor with ancient stone palace walls. The bed was amazingly comfy, the staff were great! Clear, immediately responsive, and kind in their communication. Highly recommend this family run guesthouse right in the perfect location in old town.

We had an amazing week in Split, thanks to Princ Heritage!! The best location, great interior design, but still cozy and comfy. The private patio of Room 1, is just an incredible addition to the room, that just makes it feel extra luxurious. Julija is so sweet and helpful! We’ll definitely be back! 😊

What a fantastic place, situated right in the heart of the city inside the main walls next to the Vestibulum of Diocleteians Palace nestled down a side street. Room photos on booking website do not do this place justice we stayed in room 5 up several flights of stairs on the top floor it has an incredibly comfortable bed, huge television mounted on the wall and a powerful rainfall type shower. When looking out of the upper window it is possible to see the bell tower and looking out of the lower you can see the quaint courtyard. Pleasent noise from live musicians, crowds and restaurants can be heard coming from the palace square when sitting on the shared balcony that overlooks the courtyard. Once back in the room with the windows closed you are in complete silence with a slight hum of the air conditioning in the background if turned on. You will not regret choosing this place to stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
