Nice midel class hotel in good central location. Modern rooms good car parking, breakfast and a large pool in a nice garden, very quiete although in the city center. I always stay here when visiting Seam Reap

I loved the location of this hotel. Unlike many of the hotels in this price range, it was in near the center of town. It was a short walk to the busy "Pub Street" restaurant area and the lovely riverside promenade, but it was not IN pub street or on the busy highway near the airport. The garden pool was a lovely and relaxing oasis, the rooms were cool, comfortable, and cavernous, and the staff was amazing. Especially helpful was Mr. Chhun Chhon, who found me a luxury van for a trip out of town with the incredible Mr. Pin Ton, arranged my scooter rental with Bayon Scooters, helped recommend great nearby restaurants, and solved all of the other little problems I encountered. A true fixer! Ms. Eng Monima met me with a big smile each morning in the breakfast buffet! Srey and Makaara also made my stay special. My massage in the hotel spa was INCREDIBLE (get the two-hour combination with the Khmer Herbal Body Scrub and Coconut Oil massage). I can't say enough about this staff. So kind and sweet.

I wanted to just the gym at 3 AM so I can be ready before the family wakes up. I was told this was not possible. A person named Pisey told me this. Additionally, they said to book another hotel. I did.

Even though there is a 5 stars hanging out of the hotel entrance, I am afraid I can only rate it three and half. First of all the hotel is quite old, which you can easily discover from the interior style and furnitures. Secondly the restaurant is so smelly (of food) so that I have to change clothes and wash hair every time after breakfast. They also closed the swimming pool for private party, this is quite unfair since the free entrance to swim pool is paid included in the rate, how can you rent the pool to others at the guests’ cost! There is a sauna room near the pool which is quite big and supposed to be nice, however it is so dirty when I was there and the sauna area with spa pool is so stinky. The only thing good is the staffs, staffs are very nice , polite and helpful.
