        Had an awesome stay last week in Kyoto, fast and easy check-in using the machine with staff’s assistance. They were all very friendly and helpful during my stay. This hotel is located a little away from Kyoto station but still in the city Center area with a major bus hub and subway station right next door. Many buses going to major sites actually depart from the bus stop next to the hotel. There are some lovely Japanese fast food restaurants and 24hr convenient stores nearby. My room was a good size, modern and very functional with a comfy double bed. The complementary breakfast was cute and enough and tea/juice/coffee costs ¥300. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely great value for money and will stay here again.

        Super customer experience! I was new to the luggage delivery system and the forms were hard to fill in as someone not Japanese. They were very patient and helped me along the way. The rooms were comfortable and everything was new. I would recommend this chain for anyone looking for a stay in Japan.

        Room and bed were comfy. It’s a nice place to return to after a day out. Check in is handled via kiosks. Breakfast could be better. You need to pay extra for drinks (orange juice, coffee, and tea). They do not give real cups. Only paper cups are available, which get soggy after one use, which therefore means that you need to keep getting a new paper cup on either the 1st or 2nd floor. There is a small refrigerator in the hotel room. Hot water is available on the first floor. The second floor has a microwave, ice machine, and 3 laundry machines. The drying function on the laundry machine doesn’t work well - had to add more drying time twice, which was an additional hour. Kept removing some clothing items between adding drying time, but the inside of the machine was humid. Spent more than 3 hours on laundry, plus going up and down the elevator several times. Ended up bringing damp clothing to the hotel room and hung them to finish drying. Note: there tends to be a long line for the laundry machines. If you need to store luggage after check out for the day, there are free lockers available. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel room and space. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the luggage storage. But as for the other elements of a hotel stay, there could be improvement.

        Nice, clean and convenient hotel in Kyoto. There are lockers and self check-in and self check-out. Breakfast is included with any room booking. There are multiple convenience stores and ATM nearby, as well as bus stops and train stations.
