I want to share my experience at Princess Street Suites Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, providing breathtaking views of Edinburgh Castle, the city, and the Royal Mile. The staff at the reception offered excellent customer service while checking in, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was modern and spacious, and the bedding and linens were of high quality, offering comfortable and restful sleep. The best part of the room was that it had a washer and dryer, allowing us to clean our clothes during our stay! Many great food options are nearby, and the dining areas are clean and comfortable. Without a doubt, Princess Street Suites is an outstanding hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. The hotel's superb location, exceptional staff, and comfortable accommodations make for an excellent stay.

The Penthouse suite was amazing!! Great comfy beds ! Amazing facilities! Only a couple of things let it down ; 1 being the room service option isn't available no more , and also cocktails and food are no longer available to purchase from the property but you can have it delivered, was told they don't serve cocktails no more but the man the front desk named a couple he did know how to do and made them for us , amazing service! 2 being one of the bedrooms view is a graveyard . Beers and snacks were available to purchase downstairs at the bar for affordable prices. All in all I would definitely stay again!

Two person suite was much larger than I expected very comfortable. The roof terrace has amazing views of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect close to tourist attractions and transport. Short walk to Christmas market. Close to great historic pub Guildford Arms. I would definitely stay again Sharan

Location is the best thing about it, rooms are spacious but old, the rooms weren't already prepared, I had to ask for slippers. Also there is no toothpaste or toothbrush. They knocked on the door to check out at 11:40 saying my check out was at 11 and if I don't leave in 5 minutes I must pay 25 for every hour. I know that hotels and other suits notify you on check out prior not after!

Perfect location near the main station and walking distance to the Castle, shops and buses. Very spacious apartment and staff very helpful. Our washing machine didn't work so the smart Polish gentleman let us transfer our wet washing to a machine in another room. We were hot the first night so staff arranged a fan for our second night so we could close the windows and shut out the train noise. Apartment had a decent bottle of milk for morning coffee, a full size freezer in addition to the fridge. We would definitely stay here again if in Edinburgh, we'll equipped kitchen. Small point - such a large apartment it would have been wonderful to have a large king sized bed as we are both tall and like our space

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
