        If I could rate this hotel below 1 star, I would. The WORST customer service ever. We arrived and we did not get the rooms we reserved. We reserved 2 rooms with twin beds. Upon arrival they said we don’t have the rooms you reserved today, but we will check tomorrow. WHAT? How come you don’t have rooms we pre booked?? They were reluctant to find a solution. Completely ignorant. We had to wait for 2 hours (or even longer.. I lost the count!) PAST THE CHECK IN TIME, until management finally decided to show up after numerous requests!! Customer service did not even bother to offer WATER!!! They gave us a room that is a double bed. Not twin. AND had insanely strong smell of mould as the room was not even facing the pool!!!! Or sun… hence was full of mould and mosquitoes. I asked for many times to change a room and they were literally taking a piss ignoring me. I have explained that I cannot accept this room as I have respiratory illness. They COULDN’T CARE LESS! Did not even bother to look for a different room and made me wait just because…. One lady from customer service (she was heavily pregnant, bless her, BUT) was SO RUDE! She was laughing at me in front of my face and said if you do not accept this room you can sit and wait for 2 hours for the manager. So. I sat down and waited and waited. No solutions, no humanity, no human factors. No water, zero care for the customer. I think that 5 stars are bought as well as all of their reviews.

        The location is in the relatively quiet Kamala Beach area, and contrary to the name, this is not a beachfront hotel, but the beach is right across the street. The front desk staff are super. Very friendly and helpful with good English language skills. Breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety. Not amazing but a pretty good start to the day and it is pool side so the view is nice. The property is beautiful, with paths, little bridges, lots of plants, trees and two pools. The rooms are well laid out and spacious with some being poolside. Not sure if this is a regular thing or just when we were there, but there were Lots of kids so expect a little noise and traffic in the pool. The one negative to the property was the maid service. The floors are spotless, but the cleaning elsewhere was generally less than I expected...dirty coffee cups and tea spoons were not taken away too be washed. They were just rinsed and put back on the tea tray.

        We chose to stay here as we left our booking quite late for the time of year. The staff checking us in we're very helpful. The pool is lovely for a quiet cool off but the loungers did get snapped up quickly early in the day so get in quickly. They're were a couple of niggles with our room but all were sorted straight away so nothing to complain about

        Great location, pool and price for the pack, but poor experience for a 5*. Boring and repetitive breakfast, with medium to mediocre food for a hotel (been to way better 3* and 4* breakfasts). What saddens me is the difficulty to communicate issues with the staff. Our phone was broken from the moment we arrived and communicated it. A week later it was still the same, and after reminding them, they understood that I said it was fixed, so someone went to check, to still have it broken. AC was loud as hell on level 1, with same intensity than level 3, but having level 2 being stronger than the rest. There was no way for us to have the room properly cleaned (mopped, fresh bed sheets and pillow covers) without tipping the cleaner prior their arrival. Many things to improve at this hotel, definitely not a 5*... but still a quiet and peaceful stay.

        The reception area is nice, but immediately upon arrival in our rooms we noticed a moldy and disgusting smell. The rooms were dirty, the doors did not close properly (which led to having mosquitoes in the room) and the AC also smelled disgustingly. There even was mold on the bed sheets. We booked two double-bed rooms and it was the same in both of them. We asked the staff to switch rooms and they showed us four different ones, but unfortunately all of them had the same moldy smell, which they tried to cover up with perfume. We did not want to sleep in the mold (which is also a health hazard) and had to switch hotels in the middle of the night. They refused to give us any refund, even though we booked 4 nights and didn't even stay for 1. Never again.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
