We stayed for 4 nights and we probably wouldn't do it again. The photos look nothing like the actual hotel. It is a 2 star max, facilities are super dated, the patrons are 99.9% Russians and customer service isn't great. I had to fight with the front desk to demand a baby cot - it was requested and they didn't accommodate this. I tried to be nice and they didn't do anything. Later, I had to demand it (not nicely) and they set up a fold up bed. It was unfortunate that it had to resort to that. The only good point about this hotel is the hotel with pool access outside your balcony. If you're into swimming this is a great feature! Extra star for this.

Rooms large, however, not clean every day, service staff barely speak English, most of the items on the menus are not available, free shuttle to go to the beach however at pick time fight for your place))) or take the nearest tuktuk for 200Bhat, swimming pool not really clean, etc... The tour sold it to us as excellent options and a 4-star hotel well very disappointed. I have been many time in the past many times in Thailand, and it seems that it was magic 20 to 15 years ago... the "must" be a place to be on vacation, all excursions getting old and place get that busy that you are lucky if you get to see Maya Bay or other... Without to say than the rate change makes Thailand not cheap anymore and is really not worth it, and many new destinations are such more a better deals.

Solid 4 star hotel. It's a bit of a challenge to find your way between the buildings and the different floors with their numbering system, but the rooms and hotel is great. Location a bit away from the loud zones in Karon so it's good if that's what you want, but still only a couple minutes from the beach and everything else

Great place to stay close to Karon beach. Rooms are very spacious and are very clean. Upgrade to a room with view on pool and sea was a nice extra touch. We visited at beginning of May and we had pool and breakfast nearly alone to ourself, so very calm. Staff was nice although communication was bit difficult sometimes, even for basic things. Breakfast was nice! Overall good hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
