Great location lots to do in the area, rooms are pretty minimalistic, but still good price for what it is.

Hotel was just ok. I feel it was quite expensive for what it was and the breakfast was just cold meats, salad and breads / pastries no hot food which was a little disappointing seeing as we paid so much money. The hotel is in a nice area though and trams into Amsterdam city centre aren't too far of a walk. The elevator could be quite slow at times reaching our floor even though we were only on the first floor. There was no option to take the stairs as the door for the bottom of the stairs was blocked by the breakfast table which isn't very safe in an emergency. Hotel has a nice cat though that sits in the reception area.

Bed bugs - room 15. Other than that: the staff was pleasant and the hotel had a good proximity to city centre. The rooms are small, kind of an odour. We didn't try the breakfast. Staff was helpful in relocating us once the bed bug issue was brought up.

Very surprised about this hotel! The price was good and even if we saw some bad comments, we tried it. To be honest, it was a really pleasant stay! The staff is VERY kind and helpful, the room are as-described in Booking . Com, the city Center is 15min walk away, the Rijksmuseum 5 minutes away. The room was clean. I recommend

The day staff is really nice, night staff not so, rather annoying. Room is super small, after I opened my suitcase I had to walk on the bed. Sure the location is nearly perfect but it is not cheap, so might look around for something else before book this. Many people complained about the breakfast , seems like they something about it, it was ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
