        Clean, comfortable room in the heart of the old town. You step outside the main door to the hustle and bustle of life, and a myriad of wonderful restaurants and bars. We arranged the airport transfer with Davor, the host and he did not disappoint with the seamless transfer and he gave us lots of insight about where to go during our stay. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and will return!

        Nice room with a perfect location in downtown Split. Everything is close by! We were very happy with good service from the owner. Kind and interested in how to make your stay perfect. He acted as a guide for us and told us a lot of things about Split and Croatia as a country. He also came with a lot of tips for us. If you want to have a nice room with a profesional host and a room in the heart of Split, you should choose this. Strongly recommend.

        Great location, so-so apartment. We stayed here in Aug 2018. The owner met us at the door and gave us a quick overview of Split including recommendations for restaurants and activities. Very friendly. The apartment is quite small however and steps away from the local fish market so the smell can be a challenge at times. The air conditioning was weak and the outdoor balcony area was not really usable. The location is ideal however, being steps away from a great square full of restaurants and beyond that Diocletian's Palace. Also only a 10-15 min walk from the Riva avenue and the ferry docks.

        Prior suites was a great place to stay during our quick visit to split. So close to everything and the owner was so lovely. He meet us when we arrived and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Would stay again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
