        I wouldn’t recommend this place for several reasons. We couldn’t stay in the room for more than half hour due to the horrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Outside of the room it smelled like cigarette. We checked out in the same evening. The service is also unbelievably unsatisfactory. The receptionist seems to think she has no duty to be pleased or helpful. Instead, her attitude is somewhere bordering rudeness and arrogance. The location is also far from what would allow you to feel like you are on holiday. The surrounding of the building is an unofficial car park with no organization or safety. The place itself, as the name indicates, is a number of rooms in a common building that has other businesses. It is not a hotel. We chose to lose the money not to lose the joy of the trip.

        Can’t give 5 stars since the jacuzzi was not maintained and gave my rashes all over the body. Otherwise room was nice and big. Breakfast was not what I expected from a 4 star. The only vegetables they gave with the breakfast was olive and pickles. 2 sort of fruit. And one type of bread. Sauna and steam bath was nice. Located in the middle of a very busy street with lots of cars 24/7 and 30min walk to old town split.

        The rooms were ok, they were clean and roomy. We were in room 1 which is right next to the reception and main entrance. This was rather noisy at times with people coming and going, as you could hear everything inside the room. This was annoying early in the mornings when you were still trying to sleep. Also it states on their amenities that there is streaming access like Netflix etc. with their television sets, but this is not the case as they do not have smart tv's. A short bus ride into old town, so not to far away. But the area where hotel is situated is rather down trodden. There is parking but at a very expensive rate of 15€ per day. Would i stay here again, probably not.

        The Air conditioning was not functioning during my stay in late July. The jacuzzi was great and that was the only upside, but when we checked in it was still dirty from the last guests, and it took over 2 hours and repeated trips to the front desk before a staff member from the medical department was kind enough to come to our area and get it cleaned up.

        Do not expect any ooo or aagghhh at this place. The rooms were nice however even tho it says the rooms have air con you may aswell bring a fan with you and nothing else. The aircon was there however were not working at all which made the stay uncomfortable. We ended up leaving the room first thing in the mornings because the sun was beaming in with the black curtains and you had pretty much Woke in a bed of sweat and we returned late the evening when it somewhat cooled down to merely try and get some sleep. We advised reception and that’s about as far as it got. This wasn’t just our room as there were four of us so we had two rooms and even asked other guests and it was the same situation.
