Booked a 50m2 room via Agoda and when I arrived I was given a 15m2 room instead with no prior notice or communication from either party. Staff on site spoke zero English and Olga the person in charge could not be reached by myself or Agoda. Do not recommend this accomodation at all.

I didn’t have this kind of experience before I booked this accommodation. Absolutely shocking behaviour - I have booked it for my stay there 6 weeks before our arrival and they forced me agressively to cancel it on booking.com on my own because of their “reconstruction”! Of course they were offering our appartment for more than 3x more expensive! Booking.com will demand a penalty but nobody will recompense for our stress and fear of searching another accommodation, what was in that time way more expensive and eventually we couldn’t find anything! Very unprofessional, hope they will find guests like they are!

Rome is a city full of history in the world, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, Spain square. All within walking distance to the most beautiful modern and comfortable suites. excellent

I stayed at this property for 2 nights in mid-September and I will definitely be back! Very spacious and truly elegant room, clean and lovely bathroom... a 5 star stay in Rome in all respects, excellent value for money also for the location which allows you to reach the most "inn" places in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
