Great value for money hotel in town! This is located in a prime location of panthapat. This hotel is very clean and safe. They have wide range of room category. The rooms are quite good related to price. Everything was neat and clean. The washroom was also good. It would be better if people can order outside food. Staffs behaviour was satisfactory.

Cannot order any outside food. I’m paying for for rooms but they want to limit on what I can and cannot eat. Will not return to this hotel ever again. I stayed here 3 different time and this is my last time

Priyo Nibash is a beautiful 4-star hotel located in a prime location in the heart of the city. The hotel boasts of modern amenities and stylish decor, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Upon arrival, the staff greets you with a warm welcome and provides a smooth check-in process. The rooms are well-furnished, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, Security Locker, and high-speed internet. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and had all the essentials, such as towels, toiletries, etc. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a busy day. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a cafe serving delicious meals and beverages. The breakfast buffet is especially noteworthy, featuring a wide range of tasty options. One downside, however, is that the hotel can get a bit noisy at times due to its central location. Additionally, some of the rooms may have views that are not very appealing. The staff at Priyo Nibash were always eager to help and provided excellent customer service. They were accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great stay at Priyo Nibash and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
