Exceptional service and wonderful location right next to central station where you can catch buses and taxis and get on the Metro to anywhere in Copenhagen. Breakfasts were beautiful with lots of variety in food and beverages. Highly recommend this ProfilHotels at Copenhagen.

I stayed here in October 2023. I booked this hotel several months in advance because it struck me as a good value in a great location. I changed rooms when a friend decided to come with me, we both travel frequently, and we were both really impressed. The room was bigger then we expected, the beds so comfortable that my friend actually recorded the mattress brand. Breakfast was great. The hotel was just so charming, with the old glass lift and the sumptuous library bar, and the brass plaque of celebrities they've welcomed. I loved my first visit to Copenhagen, and this hotel is one reason I'm really looking forward to future visits.

Everything was perfect. There were many kinds of breakfast and I liked the hotel interior with a classical atmosphere. It was my first trip to Denmark and I could fully enjoy Denmark. The staff were so kind that I was happy when they said good morning every morning. The room was clean and spacious. The library bar on the first floor is worth stopping by. Thank you sooo much 🫶

We were here for a week in September and had a great time. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, Superior Queen, and it was really nice: comfortable bed, mini fridge, closet, drawers, desk and chair, reading chair, AC. Some of the electrical outlets turn off with the lights so make sure your phone is plugged into one that stays on. I see some reviews that mention a broken elevator, but it always worked while we were here. We saw the Tivoli fireworks from our room balcony. Everyone we talked to was helpful and nice. The hotel bar, the Library Bar, is very nice. There was a line to get in on Saturday so we were glad we got there early. One night there was a singer. He was very good, but everyone was listening all hushed up, like no talking. It was weird for a bar. It's closed Sundays. Also, bar service closes about 45 minutes before the stated closing time, which meant we couldn't get in one of the times that we tried. However, one of the bartenders came into the lobby and gave us some suggestions for places that were still open. We ended up having a great time at The Shamrock Inn.

Location is an A++. It's right next to the central station; so convenient to go anywhere. The room is large and cosy. Facilities and service are good. Breakfast is okay. In fact, this is the second time we stayed here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
