        Great location near Rogier metro station. Rooms were basic but had everything I needed. Nice touch to have a coffee machine in the room. My room overlooked an inner courtyard, but to be honest I didn't stay there for the view. Breakfast was OK. It seems the breakfast room is shared with a couple of other hotels and got busy. Not everything on the menu was to my taste but there was enough on the menu to not go hungry. The person who checked us in and out was a real dream. She is a credit to the company. Would be happy to use this as a short stay base in the future.

        Very good hotel for rooms, cleanness, services, kindness of staff. Excellent location for proximity to the train station, metro, walking distance to downtown. Special thanks to Fatima for her kind help in online check-in of our flight back home! I will come again next time in Brussels.

        The hotel might need major investments. The staff was professional and friendly, but for the rest, this stay was one of the worst I had in a long time. - One of our rooms was demolished, so one of us had to be relocated to another hotel around the corner. This was not the hotels fault, however. - The rooms were basic, limited TV programs in other languages (e.g. 1 in german only), bathroom needs to be reviewed (rusty spots and damaged items - cf. photos) - The worst to be honest was the breakfast. The beans were ice cold (not even lukewarm), eggs with green spots etc etc Even though it was paid, we skipped it the second day. cf photo why -.- - Two elevators were out of order at once, only the one for the staff was available. - There were VERY loud Italian guests discussing in the corridor until about 1AM, slamming doors for hours. Great for a business trip where you have to get up early.

        This is a great hotel for two key reasons. One is the staff. From check in to check out everyone was friendly and helpful. On my last day Fátima helped me store my luggage and gave me insight into Belgium. The second is location. It is walking distance to the Grand Place. I would definitely stay here again.

        Well located hotel, super central can walk anywhere where it matters in Brussels, and if not you can take the metro or bus just outside of the hotel. Room was fine, nothing to write about, but the problems with it were minor but still persistent - WiFi was inconsistent, the pipes were making always a background noise that was hard to ignore as well as the AC that was always running on the background even when you turn it off, and the service has many gaps like not topping up your coffee machine corner, or still changing the towels when you have left them in the hotel's recommended way to signal to them not to. To the point where I was in my room in one of the days with the sign for not disturbing and they still attempted to enter the room. So overall the service is inconsistent.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
