        I was living at different hotels around this area for quite some time, this is my first time exploring the back area of the shopping mall! Can't help but to mention this hotel with its cleanliness(bed sheets and towels👍🏻) is such a bargain (฿1400/night including breakfast😍) I will definitely come back again🥹 1F has a cozy swimming pool Breakfast serve at 2F(6:30-10:30) Instant coffee pack gets another 100 points cause it's sugar free☺️

        They are acting like a 5 star hotel but give you old rooms and will not provide you with water, toilet paper etc after one day. The WIFI also stops working from time to time. Needed to buy every bottle of water there. The room is too expensive for what you get. Better hotels for this price.

        The room was neat, but the toilet was not good. It's not soundproof, so I can hear the sound of motorcycles outside the window and the sound outside the hallway. There is no insect screens, so when you open the window, bugs such as mosquitoes come in. Breakfast is a method of choosing and ordering one menu, but the taste cannot be honestly said to be good. You must purchase except for two bottles of water provided. There is no tissues in the room, so you have to use toilet paper. Wi-Fi is often out of reach. The first problem is that the front staff has a bad attitude. I haven't spoken to all of them, but the older female staff has a very bad attitude. Below is the actual conversation I asked the front desk because it wasn't cleaned when I got back to the room. 1. Currency - Me: I'm back in my room now, but it's not cleaned. - Staff: Yes, so what? - Me : (It was a little ridiculous) So please just give me water and towels. - Staff: Then can I come down to the front desk on the 1st floor? - Me : Okay 2. the front - Me : There is no cleaning in the room - Staff: Water and towels. Is that right? - Me: Yes. Why isn't it cleaned? - Staff: You have to hang a sign in front of the door to clean it. - Me: Yes. I did. - Staff: What time did you do it? - Me : 2 pm - Staff: (with suspicious eyes) Really? - Me : Yes - Staff: … Another young staff gave me water and towels. - Me : Is it finish? - Staff: Yes.         Was in Bangkok in January, and I stayed in an Airbnb in the area (Huai Khwang), and walked by this hotel a couple of times. In June, I was back in Bangkok, and decided to stay here since I liked Huai Khwang area. First, I do not understand why this is rated low on Agoda (where I booked with). I stayed in a suite in Tower B, which is the newer tower. Seems like tower C is in construction. The staff was nice, from my check-in to my check-out. I arrived 2 hours earlier than check-in time. I tried checking in, however the room was not available yet, so staff offered to help me keep my luggage and guided me to a cafe where I could have lunch/explore (hotel did not have a restaurant). There was a deposit of 1000 THB (seems to be standard in my few hotel stays thus far), which I left with the front desk in Singapore Dollars of similar value (which also seems to be acceptable in my few hotel stays thus far). My suite room was huge and spacious (I actually did a workout in my room and I had more than enough space). Bed was huge and comfortable; air-con was great (although it was leaking soemtimes during my first two days, and I think it got fixed the 3rd despite me being too lazy/busy to report it; I think housekeeping saw that I left a floormat there, and on the 3rd day they removed the mat and it did not leak anymore). Bathroom was huge and spacious -- there's a separate shower stall and a bathtub (with its own shower head too). Sink area was huge and spacious and toilet was comfortable. Wardrobe was also extremely spacious. Breakfast was not a buffet -- it was a set of quite a few choices (although mostly the same principal ingredients). Fruits, yoghurt, drinks, cereal were a buffet. For my 3 nights I had: congee, sandwich, scrambled eggs -- nothing to shout about, but enough to fill you adequately to explore the sprawling city. Location was also top notch, in Huai Khwang -- a very local area, although in recent times there has been an influx of specifically Chinese tourists in the area -- about 700m walk to the nearest MRT. Big C (supermarket + food stalls) just opposite, as well as The Street (trendy mall with a night market stretch). 7-11 about 300m walk. Many laundromat shops all over. Local food all around the neighborhood too. There's a local gym (Google-able) for cheap, and also Jett's 24h fitness in The Street for the more fussy gym-goers. Jodd's Fair is also I believe 1 station away, and there's a Superrich in Central Rama 9, also 1 MRT station away. The BTS (sky train) can also be transferred to in 3 MRT stations -- at Sukhumvit station where you'll have to connect to Asok station. All in all, my impression of this place was that it offers what a high-class hotel offers without the frills, and also at a frills-free price. What I mean is that the hotel is classy, has great staff, has huge, clean, functional rooms that are decorated in good taste, etc, and provides the basics, like a functional breakfast, a swimming pool, etc, but lacks the "oomph" like bathrobes, a buffet breakfast, a gym, restaurant/room service, etc, which it compensates by pricing itself very, very competitively. To be honest, I far prefer this model because many a times I have stayed in a hyper-luxurious all-inclusive hotel, yet obviously do not have the time or capacity to utilize all of the frills, which became a waste. A few nitpicks which I think could be easily rectified: - there were no hangers/hooks in the bathroom so I had no place to hang my towels when taking a shower - the curtains do not go all the way in my room, so sunlight hits me in the morning (which is annoying after a late night out) All in all, I actually would definitely stay here again.

        The hotel was quite and the staff were polite. I stayed here because it was about 5 min away from the one ratchada. Also, there is a super market right across from the hotel.
