Excellent location! Couldn’t have stayed more centrally. 5-10 minute walk to the Danube and the bridge to cross to the Buda side. Metro station within a 10 minute walk. Lovely clean hotel. Breakfast room was quite small so one morning we had to wait for a table but not too long. The duvets are also really small but it wouldn’t stop me staying here. Overall- would highly recommended and I would come back:)

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, and the people that work here. It's in a great location to walk most anywhere, and right by an easy taxi pickup if you choose that. Breakfast is good, with both warm and cold foods. They even packed us one to catch our taxi to the airport! Clean, plenty of room, and bathrooms had both shower and bathtub options. Mr. Prem, at the front desk, was beyond amazing. He helped us a lot with a few things that he didn't have to, a courteous gentleman, and is a credit to this establishment. Every employee I met was very nice, he just went the extra mile. We would certainly stay here again if we come back one day.

My friend and I spent two nights in Promenade City Hotel using a gift voucher. What I liked the best was that the entrance of the hotel, located in the center of Budapest, opens from a lively, beautiful pedestrian street. However, the hotel room was quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They pay great attention to cleanliness, as they cleaned and changed the towels daily. All in all, thank you very much for these two days here and we would definitely recommend Promenade City Hotel to anyone.

Why does he give only 4 stars, when everything seems to be alright? First of all I would like to say thank you for the hospitality. Every member of the staff was nice and coureous - from the reception to the house keeping and the breakfast restaurant. The Breakfast room is really small, but it had a really good range of products and offered little variations on each day. The room is clean, with a good bed and modern bathroom. BUT: the air conditioning didn't work in any of our 3 rooms - it always says 26,5 °C - it felt a little cooler, but still way to warm to sleep. When we opened the windows to the patio you could hear the lift running up and down and the people using it. If the hotel can manage to reduce the temperatures in the rooms you can keep the windows shut and the noisy problem should dissolve. All in all it was great to stay there. It is very central in the fifth district of Pest with lots of things to see around, restaurants and shops.

It was a joy to stay here. Rooms were clean. Towles and bedding replaced daily. Double beds were actually double beds and not 2 singles put together. They were comfy too! Barely heard any noise whilst in the hotel, apart from the people in the next room having a little fun, but that's not the hotels fault. Didn't hear a single thing from outside. Bathrooms clean and maintained well. Bath and shower, both pleasant to use. Fridge included. Breakfast was good enough, fruits, cereals and a selection of warm bits. I ended up just having onmlete and toast though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
