The hotel is so beautiful and chic. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms are small but very beautiful however my room didn't have a mini fridge. But other than that the breakfast was so delicious and the barman made some delicious cocktails.

Amazing location and the staff at breakfast were great. But, unfortunately we were left slightly disappointed. Our travel agent had booked a room with a balcony, yet we arrived and they said they had to book us in to a room without, the room was so small! Windows had gaps in so rattled at night. Would understand usually given it being around new years, but it was our honeymoon which we expressed to reception and they did nothing to make us feel special. Also so noisy we got woken up by other guests every single night, the noise really carries.

Nicely situated hotel near the beach front. Freindly and helpful staff. Great service all round. Rooms are big but the bathroom a bit crowded. Floors could be a bit cleaner as I had to brush grit off my feet before putting on my socks. Not sure if the soap dispenser in the shower was empty or not working, but not much came out. Breakfast average but service extremely good.

I give this hotel 5 stars for location, but the rest I was not impressed the lift broke for 3 days we had to walk 6 flights of stairs daily we actually checked out and it still wasn't fixed. And there's only 1 lift just unacceptable. The staff at reception and housekeeping are very incompetent. Upon arrival I had no shower cap in the room I called for it never arrived, the following day again I called for a shower cap it didn't arrive it only arrived around 9:30 am after which I had already had a shower and going out to explore Cape Town. The bathroom design is very stupidly designed you can't even get in and close the door and then walk out of the shower. I was very disappointed and definitely will not be going back to this hotel. As a Prokard explorer member I will look fir other hotels to stay in Cape Town.

Stayed here during a visit to capetown. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The ac did not working well. The service by the front desk and bellhop was spectacular. I didn't eat breakfast just grabbed some quick breads and jelly in the morning. Great location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
