I'm puzzled how to review this hotel! The linens and towels were nice. But if they're worried about water, they should place the hand towels next to the sink and not the bath towels. The bathroom is enclosed by frosted glass, so if anyone is in there at night, it'll light up the rest of the room. There was ONE outlet in the room, far from the bed. A call to the desk got me an extension cord in just a few minutes. But asking at the desk for more shampoo/conditioner/body scrub (yes, one product) in the shower didn't get us a refill. The grounds are extensive, and there are three buildings: the restaurant is two buildings away from the main hotel. But the history of the buildings is intriguing. The breakfast buffet is ok. There's a short cut to the V & A Waterfront, the Aquarium, and The Shed (a wonderful place to shop for souvenirs), which are just a few minutes' walk away. So for this alone, I'd probably stay here again!

The service standard and location of the hotel are good. The hotel isn't luxury, the rooms are claustrophobic and you have to squeeze your way around the bed. Good luck if you are plus sized,you won't be able to walk from the window to the room door. The shower room is also claustrophobic, but at least if you fall, you won't fall flat on your face. It's too small for you to lie flat on the floor. And what's with the ONE power socket in the room? It is maddeningly limited. Stay in this hotel if you are an XXXS size person with agoraphobia (fear of open spaces).

A wonderful experience and all staff are very professional and friendly and eager to assist in making your stay as best as possible. The rooms are stunning and comfortable. There is a gym and spa at the hotel and the history of it being a prison before is so interesting. It is close to the V & A Waterfront with many activities for one to enjoy.

The rooms are not worth the price paid. Everything in the room is small, when sharing its a disaster. The rooms are way too small you don't even know where to store your bag. The cupboard in the room could only store my toiletry bag because of its size. There was only one toilet and shower for the two bedroom room that I booked. I didn't even know where to bath my little baby. This hotel is not friendly for a family or couple atleast you should be single and petite and with a small school bag to survive in this hotel. The noise coming from machines outside is too much, you should wake ip more than 5 times throughout the night

It's not ideal. There aren't any generators during loadshedding and plugs don't work when you have work to do. So disappointing. Restaurant is two buildings away and not a great menu for variety so best to just go to the waterfront a short walk away. Room is tiny

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
