The room is fully equipped and large enough to really enjoy the space. Good wifi and two pools on site. Very close to the beach - maybe 100m walk! We loved our stay and if we come back to Playa, hope to use again.

We stayed here by booking privately through air b&b, the apartments are big and fairly well looked after. The upper apartments had their own plunge pools and seating areas and also use of the communal infinity pool on the roof. Everywhere was extremely clean. There are signs of age showing in places and our apartment had a few glitches but none that stopped us enjoying our two week stay. Location was excellent as it is only a minute from the beach and an abundance of good bars and restaurants. A convenience store just outside too. We were unfortunately there when building work was being completed in an adjacent building but think by the end of may it should all be done. We did have to suffer slot of building site noise. All in all- we would stay again.

This was the perfect set-up for our family of 4 vacation. Our 2 BR, 2 bath condo was the perfect size and the kitchen, living, and dining areas were spacious and well decorated, although we were barely inside. We enjoyed the pool areas and loved the location to the beach, the restaurants along 38th and 5th avenue. This is truly the perfect location in Playa: plenty of access to activities and amenities without the chaos of the central district.

Great spot, perfect location. The building itself needs some TLC but overall a great place. 2 minutes to restaurants, the beach, minimart. Wonderful outdoor areas on the roof and a great view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
