        What a pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived we had big smiling faces greeting us. Great checkin. Well done to the young Lady who manages that team. I think her name is Emma. She was absolutely fantastic. An asset to your business. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and that shower was just wow. Breakfast was superb. Waffles and pancakes for anyone and it was brilliant. The pool area and bar was great. The staff are ALL extremely friendly and are constantly checking on you at the pool if you need anything. Those pool beds were the best. I can highly recommend this Hotel. Such a pleasure to visit a Hotel where every staff member has a smile on their face.

        DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. It’s horrible, everything is a nightmare. They have electrical & water issues The power was out for 6 hours. There was a floor that was flooded. Even the elevators don’t work.The hotel receptionists are rude and don’t care about the guest. HORRIBLE. I’d give 0 star if I could.

        The elevator has stopped working three times today and guess what ? they have about four or five elevators but only one was working , this has happened couple of times since I got here but today is the worst! Imagine having to walk to 18th floor to and fro three times in a day yeah’! Just imagine!!!!!!! Pullman should sell this hotel for 50 rand yes FIFTY rand! Everyone is complaining!someone shared her story today that one of her friend got stuck inside this elevator for more than 3 hours.. Ask anybody who stays in Pullman especially on the 19th of Jan they will tell you today is the worst day of their life!

        Very welcoming and thoughtful staff, you can feel that they care about the service. My room was great with lot of natural light, nice view and space. Room service is also good and tasty for the few thing I ordered

        The old Radisson Blue interior, unique spin to keep the Art Deco theme throughout to match building exterior, brilliant housekeeping but questionable front desk experience. Breakfast is good if you ask a waiter very kindly to personally order directly from them. Walk onto street outside hotel relatively risky, unless you’re South African and aware of your surroundings.
