I had an excellent experience with the room service during my stay. Every day, I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean, thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff. They truly went above and beyond to maintain a pristine environment. What truly stood out was the friendliness and cooperation of the staff. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel valued as a guest. Their warm and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the room service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Specially thanks for Linn Linn🌹

This was my second stay at the hotel. All of the staff is very friendly, from the concierge, the reception, the security, to the one who made the room. They have great respect for all guest and are very helpful. The location is the most advantages of all as it is directly linked to the mall from morning until the mall closes, especially when travelling with kids and having to go back and fourth to the room. The pool was heated and we had a great time. They were attentive to the number of guest in the room as they gave us adequate towels and there was no need to request for additional. The overall experience was very good.

This is my second time at this hotel. All of the staff members are very friendly, the reception, the security, to the housekeeping team. I was very impressed with a lady in the reception who went out of the way to assist the guest. She was professional and helpful. I am sorry that I can't remember her name.She showed full respect for all the guest members and is always with a smile. The breakfast was excellent but during rush hours the counter of Eggs & omelette is with big queues. To avoid the guest waiting in long queues they can use a system were one staff takes the order and delivers the dish on the table. I would like to thank Ms Chizzy from the dining room for always showing her cool in the very pressure situation and making the guests comfortable. It is an asset to have a staff like Ms Chizzy. The overall experience was very excellent.

Was a great one night stay this time around. Was my birthday as well and i got a nice cake and card. Was a really nice gesture. Also got upgraded as a platinum member. And also as a platinum got to enjoy free executive lounge. Overall this site has always been my favorite as it connects directly to the mall. And 15mins from the airport. Luxurious and good amenities. Only suggestion would be to have a separate shower rather then just shower over bath. And the bed could do with a softer mattress. Great staff and service. Highly recommended.

I booked through a travel agency. They are ultimately your extension. But there is no respect for each other, because I got confirmation of Residences and I was told it's for Hotel. So I stayed at the Hotel. And you wanted AED 200 per day for Residences. Then I am refused loyalty points because I booked through a travel agency. Sorry, pretty stereotyped. You need to reinvent yourself.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
