        I've stayed at this hotel a few times, tried the old and new rooms (the renovated ones). Before 2024, my most recent stay was last year in the Superior room, in the old tower (is that how you call it?) I remember my stay in the renovated room to be quite great, but last year I'm so disappointed at the state of the Superior room. It is very outdated with a small bathroom, and i HATED the bath tub curtains. Makes it feel like a 3 star hotels. Now I stayed at the Deluxe room, also in the old tower. Quite decent, with the sofa and larger bathroom. But again with the curtains! It's so old and a big mess, it's hard to function, again, i HATED it. Makes the room look cheap. I feel like you could renovate the whole old rooms, it is very outdated. The whole room design is outdated. For a hotel with great location (literally at the heart of Jakarta), you're gonna have to catch up with your competitors. You can do better. (I appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Good work there.)

        All the staffs were kind, especially the security, they were really helpful in finding me the available parking lot and it's great that they know what the exact event I was about to attend, that's smart! and when things goes wrong in my way, they were nimble and always ready to help, showing their perseverance and resilience. I think the security department in the hotel often times being underestimates while they are actually always ensuring guests and their luggage protected. Kuddos to you all!

        I had a great experience staying at Pullman Jakarta situated at the city central by MH Thamrin Rd. early in the year. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. I stayed at the Deluxe room, which is very spacious and has ample space for lounging around, relax, and for work. The bathroom has all the amenities needed, clean, and spacious. The hotel exterior may look old, but the inside looks refurbished and renovated. Regardless, the facilities were clean and well taken care of. Throughout my stay, the customer service has been superb; I was greeted every single time and felt really welcome. The location is also very strategic, just steps away from shopping malls and restaurants.

        I recently stayed at Pullman for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect – close to major attractions yet tucked away for a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a breathtaking view. The staff at Pullman went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any requests.

        Nice hotel. A little old, but If you can get rooms at a discount then go for it. Gym is decent as well. Plaza Indonesia is across the road.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
