The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room were clean. We booked an apartment and a premium room . Both were clean and have a good space( larger than most hotel room ). Sadly, we booked here because they have a kids club (playground), babysitting and gaming room. When we arrive they told us they already cancel it and they doesn't have it any more . But also special thanks to the chef we were struggling having a good food at the breakfast buffet because of the allergy of gluten ( the hotel have a gluten free bread ) but no toaster or microwave so it was a bit dry I didn't like it . But the chef offered to make us gluten free pancake and it was delicious and tasty. And for the lunch and dinner they do have a gluten free spaghetti.

Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Facilities, pool, gym, restaurant, rooms all brilliant & clean, great room service & the exec lounge is outstanding as are the staff. Could not be better & in the centre of K L . We were on the 25th floor & loved every minute.

The check in was smooth as i have done the pre-registration. The room is clean. There was a plate of fruits with personalised note in the room which was a nice tough. Everything works in room, except the air conditioner did feel a bit loud at night when we were sleeping. This round, we did not dine at the hotel. The hotel is just across Pavilion Mall KL. One you exit the hotel, walk towards your right where you can find bridge for you to cross safely to the mall.

Well received greeting from Front desk until club lounge services. Poor stay in Bedroom suites as rundown and no maintain well, Shampoo & conditioner is 2 in 1 (no acceptable as from 5 star brand hotel). Smell gas leaking from kitchen and asking change to Premium room but fully booked, corner room have to charge RM50 per day if we willing (We are declined). Laundry services is perfectly. Breakfast zone in Level 1 are poor and not satisfied. Please improved for breakfast zone since this is 5 Star Hotel, cannot compete to Marriott like Westin or Jw Marriott.

Stayed here for 6 days 5 nights and our stay here was very pleasant. Rooms were alright, clean but not super clean. Location wise was very good. Walking distance to pavilion and not beside any busy road in the middle of KL. Very easy access to almost anywhere. Breakfast had a wide spread but wasn’t consistent with the taste. But what made our stay great was the service given especially from Ibrahim, Rauf and Thila!! Superb friendly services and recommendations given. Always smiling and very helpful whenever we see them at the lobby. Thanks for making our stay here at pullman one to remember. Kudos!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
