        Extremely pleased to have stayed at Pullman, this will definitely be my chosen hotel whenever I'm in Liverpool. Nice hotel and environment, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is super friendly. Well located, walking distance to the city center and good parking garage next door well suitable for big cars. Breakfast was good, as expected for an Accor hotel of this tier.

        Great hotel, the rooms are very clean and warm (you can change the temperature on the AC). Very quiet as well. The bed was comfy, plus you're given a selection of pillows to choose from. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. There is also tea/coffee making facilitates, would be great if they put some vegan/lactose free milk though. Breakfast was delicious (english breakfast, yogurts, fruits, pastries, ham, cheese. Vegan/vegetarian options are available).

        Really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a great view of the Dock and Wheel. Loved the location. Only downside was they forgot to clean our room on day 2 but they did bring towels straight away once I norified reception. . Breakfast was nice and all the staff are helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel and environment, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is super friendly.         Very impressed with the hotel. The room was exceptionally well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were efficient and very caring. A fantastic choice for breakfast with everything you could wish for. It is close to shops and all sorts of entertainment within walking distance. Will definitely visit here again. Thank you to all staff members.

        Accommodation is good and clean. Robes and slippers and tea making facilities - but no biscuits. Staff polite, had to ask about parking discount and surprised there wasn’t just a note or mention about how to claim it on paper. Very handy for ACC and docks and easy to drive to.
