        I spent two nights here for a work conference and found the accommodation very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was whisper quiet, no road noise or anything else. The check in process was very long, there was a group of people in front of me and it took a good 20 minutes to get even get to the check in counter. The food and drinks were wonderful but the service at the bar and eating area was woeful. On both evenings there was a line up, it was unclear if it was table service or bar service. When our food was brought there was no cutlery and I was served and almost finished my meal before my colleague received theirs. Breakfast the first day was good but with a large influx of stayers the next day there was a huge queue to get in and it was chaotic. The staff were obviously overwhelmed. The coffee pod machines need to be replaced, no-one seemed to be able to work them. I ended up ordering a coffee which was much better. Overall though the stay was very good.

        Enjoyed our 4 days stay . Everything was perfect and amazing. The buffet breakfast was so so good. We were treated with dignity. The team were full of smiles. The only cons of our stay was the pool being quite small and always overcrowded with kids as it was during school holidays. Thanks for a beautiful stay pullman team. You guys rock

        Stayed here for our honeymoon 30 years ago and have been back a few times for Anniversaries. Rooms are always clean, modern and comfortable and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I've also attended quite a few functions here over the years and several name changes. The hotel foyer and public spaces are grand and impressive with a stylish contemporary, quality feel to the fixtures, fittings and architectural details. The views in the large entry atrium, up to the ceilings many floors above is impressive. The grand ballroom is large and impressive with a substantial entry foyer often used for trade displays etc. Functions I've attended at the opposite end of the hotel in the smaller function rooms are not grand at all, fairly basic white walls and ceilings, worn hospital style doors and fittings. Perfectly functional but certainly not atmospheric or memorable. Food and service are amazing, restaurant quality and not your usual hotel conference fodder. On site parking under the hotel is available but can be difficult to find a spot when they are busy, especially if you have a larger vehicle as many of the spaces are smaller than average.........it's also expensive, especially compared to weekend evening city/CBD parking, $30 for around 3hours!!! Many CBD car parks are only $10-$15 an evening, even at the major hotels.

        We were here for a large conference and it was obvious they didn't have enough staff when there's a big event. We waited a long time for check in, it was impossible to call reception from your room because they were busy, we waited for breakfast which was crowded and manic. The rooms were modern and clean. But there were too many issues: my toilet flushed water onto the floor, room service was sloppy - glasses weren't washed, toilet not clean properly, they basically made the bed and swapped towels and didn't touch anything else. A colleague's room wasn't cleaned at all on the final day of our 3 night stay. I couldn't get my aircond was on Max coldness but it was still too warm. Staff were helpful and courteous, but there just wasn't enough of them. I hope that these issues are only around when there's a large function at the hotel. Because if this was normal, then it'd be a real issue.

        Running several businesses where outstanding customer service is our standard, I often find it challenging to encounter the same level of service elsewhere. When I do, I feel it's my obligation to ensure it gets the recognition it deserves. We have been using Pullman Albert Park almost monthly for the past year as the base of operations for our PowerUp Lecture Series. The rooms are spacious, the views are sublime, and the service is good. Unfortunately, in today's world, 'good' service often goes unnoticed. This is where Lindsey, at the front desk, truly makes the entire experience worth it. Whether it's accommodating last-minute printing requests, providing a forgotten shaver before a big presentation, or assisting with reviewing the conference facilities on a Sunday when no one else is available, Lindsey handles it all. She manages these tasks promptly, with elegance and charm. What's more, Lindsey does this with the largest smile and the brightest attitude – she's someone who genuinely lights up the room with her presence. If management is reading this, I strongly suggest considering Lindsey for a promotion. She is an asset worth keeping and setting as an example for others. Lindsey isn't just there to clock in hours; she's there to make your clients appreciate their stay. In fact, her dedication has played a significant role in our decision to inquire into using your conference space next year. Well done, Lindsey. Keep up the fantastic work.
