Overall a comfortable and conveniently located hotel. Spacious and comfortable room but short on cupboard storage space for a two person room. Fantastic bathroom with luxurious shower products. Definitely go with the breakfast included option. We were charged four times in a check in bumble. This was ultimately fixed but impacted on available funds for a weekend shopping in Melbourne. Would have appreciated a gesture of apology at the time. Overall, a highly recommended hotel if your budget isn't too tight, and you want to be able to step out right into the middle of everything. We'd book there again.

Good size rooms considering the location in the CBD. I can see efforts in refurbishments which they need to continue. I like how they have a hair iron in the room. This is a bonus but I still appreciate it. Location is spot on. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Room was lovely and clean. Valet service was excellent, check in and check out was easy. Blossom roof top bar was lovely (heaters were lovely and warm and much needed thanks to good all Melbourne weather) The negative was the evacuation of the hotel - it was completely disorganised. Very few staff around. Guests were using lifts. Fire escapes were difficult to find as the auto fire doors had closed. I would ask that you please review your fire evacuation plans and how you encourage guests to be aware of the emergency plans

I stayed for four nights. Overall, the experience was good with friendly staff at the club, restaurant, and front office. On the first day, 8/1, after checking in at 3:00 PM, I found that the towels in the bathroom needed tidying. I requested the front office to address this, and they sent the housekeeping team. However, there was some miscommunication leading us to a closed restaurant and bar, leaving us unsure of where to stay. This trip to Melbourne was a graduation celebration for my friends and me. I'm thankful to the duty manager for their effort in making our stay enjoyable. However, on the second day, our request to refill the minibar was not fulfilled until we made a second request in person, which was a bit disappointing. On the third day, 10/1/2024, we returned to find the AC not working. The hotel couldn't provide a fan, but it was fine for me as we had plans to go out for dinner at 7:00 PM. Fortunately, the AC was working when we returned at 11:00 PM. I don't want to complain too much; my simple request was for a comfortable room. Thank you to all the staff for ensuring a good stay, despite the issues on the first and third days with the AC.
