The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a very good variety. The pool was chilly, but big enough for a lot of people. The dinner was way too expensive, so we went to a different hotel restaurant. It was nice to be located next to the airport shuttle as well as the metro lines.

One night stay over after travel agent made errors in our international flight. Nathalie on front desk was first class all the way to booking us a private taxi the following day. Restaurant service were sadly all rude due to our non French fluent background. Food did the job, same as the room. Clean and comfortable with a super short trip for our flights. I would recommend but as a busy tourist hotel I would also expect staff to be more friendly and accomodating with non French - my opinion. All staff need to understand without us transient tourists there are plenty of hotel choices in close proximity. Would I stay again? If it wasn’t for that one particular staff member who turned it around, probably not. As I say it was clean and comfortable, beds were good compared to other reviews we had read.

Τhe hotel was very expensive for what it offered. Τhe water in the pool was cold, the hammam didn't work as well as the jacuzzi. It was very cold in most areas of the hotel. Unacceptable while staying in the hotel room to wait 45 minutes from the restaurant to have dinner, same for breakfast without giving you the possibility to make a reservation. The staff, I can say, were in a bad mood to serve you. The only exception was the lady in the reception when I did the check-out on Sunday morning (21.01.2024) and the ladies who worked in the restaurant on Saturday evening (20.01.2024). Ludivine was amazing, kind, made sure to accommodate my requests right away, caring and made my little daughter's birthday happen to be that night magical. She prepared a wonderful surprise for her! Thank you Ludivine from the bottom of my heart! Such motivated employees should always be rewarded!!!!!!!! P.S. My room didn`t have a coffee machine as mentioned!

My father and I stayed at this hotel, room was okay. The guys who made breakfast for everybody was extremely rude to non French speakers. My father and I went to get breakfast downstairs and the only day we left our wallets in our suitcase in the room, we come to find out my Amex card went missing FROM MY WALLET, and my father had about 5k euro missing from his SUITCASE. Someone went in while we were having breakfast, a staff I’m presuming because we closed the door. Days later the stolen Amex was “charged” 8k but hopefully it gets refunded back to my card. Terrible place our first time at that hotel and we are traumatized this has never happened in any 4 star establishment we have been to.

There’s a train station right outside, very convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Standard higher range European hotel. The breakfast has a small range of foods but very high quality and tasty. Only the coffee was a bit disappointing as they only had brewed coffee in flasks. I did not find any hot water for tea either.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
