        Overall the hotel was lovely. There’s lots of amenities, pools are lovely, food was great! Staff at breakfast were very friendly every morning and all staff by the pools were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were always very clean and tended to well. ThaiThai restaurant is delicious and a must visit. The rooms are well laid out however the beds are like concrete.. might be worth upgrading mattresses? The staff on the front desk were the complete opposite and the biggest let down to the hotel. Both check in and check out experiences were awful. None of them could speak or understand English which is a huge challenge to the face of the business. Upon check out the hotel tried to add additional charges that were not correct. They were incredibly rude when we corrected them and rolled their eyes at us. Make sure if you do stay here you go through the whole bill listing as they are very sneaky with what they add in.

        Just amazing experience, a very nice hotel, an oasis of happiness, all is made to have zen 😍 would definitely recommend and was sad to leave. The trio performing in the evening is super talented, reception staff very welcoming! Beautiful landscape and sounds of birds in the morning, the murmur of the waterfalls - all these things are key to relax and recharge. Thanks Pullman team!

        A little delayed but mandatory to review. We spent a week at the resort (Sept ‘23) and right from check in till check out, it was an absolute wonderful experience . This lovely lady at the reception, the breakfast , the Thai restaurant , the room service staff and their little kind gestures of placing bookmarks in our books , the spa, the coffee shop (and the view) the yoga sessions, access to the beach we enjoyed every single thing. Just a little advice on the room’s furniture - maybe a little upgrade on that would add more value. Definitely returning soon and recommending to our family and friends.

        This hotel area is huge but there is shuttle to take you wherever. Room is spacious. Pool is clean. Spa was great. Breakfast food is good. Service is good. Area is quiet. Just opposite the Karon Beach and walking distance to outside restaurants around

        Very huge property and nice rooms. You would need to use the 'tram' service to reach the main reception from the front gate reception. The restaurants within the hotel was mediocre and we did not see a lot of rush during evening hours, as there were many other options outside the property. The beach was nearby and beautiful, however the access is through crossing a busy road. The kid enjoyed the beach.
