        Love coming here. Great central spot, relaxing. Full kitchens with spacious lounge and dining makes it a perfect place. You can get amongst the city crowds or sit on your verandah and just take it all in. Love the harbour view rooms. Tried out the garden view room this time and were lucky enough to get a bit of harbour too. Breakfast was really nice and relaxed too. Only a short visit but will continue to return here.

        10/10 location and views. The rooms are modern but not over the top with decor. The views to the harbour and bridge are fantastic. The service at check in was fantastic, the team were very friendly and professional. The breakfast downstairs was very middle of the road but convenient. Nothing to write home about but enough to start your day. This will be high on the list for repeat stays when we come back to Sydney.

        The location of this Hotel is unique and one rarely found. We spent the morning sitting on our balcony, enjoying coffee and croissants from a local cafe, while watching the activities, in and around circular quay. The self-contained room was spacious and very well appointed and comfortable. While it is a little worn, most Hotels of this age are. Eating out for Breakfast was better than eating in the Hotel. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Overall, great value and incredible location.

        We stayed in a one bedroom Harbour view room, the place was not in a clean state. There was grease in the microwave, draws had dirty cutlery, carpet was rippled and loose on the floor and had seen better days about 3 years ago, a mat was over the carpet but was in an untidy state with the mat frayed, dust was piled up on the air con vents, spa was okay but the body wash and lotion were empty so couldn't be used. Staff we great for check in and the bar overlooking the harbour however the expense for the room was well bellow Pullman standards.

        My visit was to celebrate my daughters wedding. The ceremony was in the Hacienda Lounge with a stunning backdrop and wonderful ambience. Dinner was in Q dining. The food was delicious and staff wonderful. The rooms were wonderful and much bigger than I anticipated. The views from the balcony were spectacular and I could have just sat watching the harbour all day. We will be back.
