We stayed at the Pullman Santiago El Bosque 8, January 2024 and the location, service, and room was perfect. We had lunch there and server was outstanding and made sure she communicated with us. My wife and I would like to give her a Big Thank You to "FERNANDA"! By the way the cheeseburger was awesome. Oh, the bartender suggested to me the Austral Cerveza which was excellent.

Missing basic details like a table between the beds. Not enough towels in the room. They have 2 espresso pods in the room for coffee. If you stay more than 1 night they slam you with a per pod charge of $1.25. Absolutely ridiculous. In the lobby Hot water and cups missing for tea and coffee. Workout area water container was empty. Overall poor management of the facility. Would recommend you look for an alternative hotel if service is important to you.

Absolutely stunning hotel, everything was in great condition- beds extremely soft and comfortable, rooms very spacious and modern, air-conditioning works, shower has good water pressure, elevators have air-conditioning, rooftop pool is open air style. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast options could be better but substantial depending on what you want. Excellent city location and within walking distance to shops and large shopping centre. Highly recommended 👌

I now have my habits, always the same hotel, I enjoy the gym, the proximity to the shops and my office. Check in & out goes fast, breakfast is ok except when it is crowdie, meaning that each time that a high number of people, such as a group, the kitchen team lacks responsiveness by not recharging the bread quickly enough for example (we waited a few minutes before seeing sliced bread arrive). Good team behind the bar, new waiters at restaurant.

Located within the CBD area, this hotel is well appointed and the rooms are spacious and clean. We had dinner two nights in a row and both occasions, food was great but portion was a little too large for me. Breakfast spread was also very decent. Strongly recommended for tourists and business travellers alike.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
