I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very modern and clean. The hotel is a short walk from all of the popular areas. There is a good variety of foods to choose for breakfast. I think the greatest benefit is they have a parking garage across the street for an additional fee! This was very convenient. But I will say, if you are an American like me, be careful because European garages are tiny compared to what we are used to in the United States.

A two star hotel with lots of lipstick! This is NOT a hotel, but a deplorable hostel with pretentious aspirations. It looks clean at the moment simply because it’s relatively new, but it is poorly maintained. In 506, the water pressure is so low that it would be easier to shower with a can of soda. There are no bedside tables!!! What kind of thinking went into the design of such illogical setup! Complementary water comes in Yakult sized bottles fit for a hamster’s paw. The toilet blocks any comfortable access to the bathroom, and to make matters worse, the toilet itself is 0.8 cm from blocking the bathroom door - what sort of idiot designs a bathroom that way? The ceiling is too low making the room claustrophobic and the shelves are poorly distributed around the room. Breakfast does not include fried eggs. You need to pay extra for them. What 4 star hotel ever does that? Unacceptable! But here is the funniest one: are you sitting down? The laundry service bag in the room is made of PAPER - the same kind of thin paper bag you get a fast food restaurant! Where is the intelligence in that? The bag WILL break with just a pair or shorts - in fact, the bag only fits a pair or shorts and a t-shirt. Comical, very comical. Finally, the location is so so. The street is not picturesque. Anything of interest is about 5 minutes walk. None of the rooms have an attractive view. Whoever owns this hotel needs to be thrown in jail or fired along with the interior designer and possibly the architect and builder. Do not stay here, period.

Stayed here for work as my usual hotel was sold out. The rooms are on the smaller side but they’re tastefully appointed with boxed water and Nespresso machine. The terrace felt a bit desolate but that could have been because of the weather. Bathroom was small but the water pressure and temperature were both good - the Rituals toiletries were divine! Plenty of hanging space in the bathroom but not much counter space. Service for drinks in the evening and for breakfast in the morning was okay but not the quickest. Had a small wait at check in as someone in front had an issue.

First time in Porto and so glad we chose this hotel. Beautiful inside, lovely quiet rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a great terraced area outside. It's a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city centre which for us was ideal. Was concerned before we went that we'd be too far away from the main attractions but that wasn't the case at all and when we come back we will definitely stay here again.

I‘ve been there twice and can only recommand staying there for your trip to Porto. Very clean rooms with all the needed facilities. Professional stuff, especially very welcoming reception. Would totally come back on my next trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
