This time we used this hotel as a group of four Japanese people. I think the great advantage is that it is located near the center of Malacca tourism and can walk to most of the major tourist attractions. Many of the furnishings placed here and there within the hotel are museum-quality, as the hotel's reputation suggests. The cleaning is thorough and gives a feeling of cleanliness. Although the courtyard is not very large, it has a wonderful homely and intimate feel. The taste of the food at the small restaurant in the courtyard and the food served at breakfast (buffet style) is also above standard. The staff at the front desk are also friendly and attentive. However, the standard of each guest room cannot be said to be high. It's a bit cramped and the plumbing equipment is old. (In the room where our female companion stayed, she complained that the shower had poor drainage.) However, overall, I think the hotel is more than worth the price.

Worth every cent. The location is great. Just a stone's throw away from Jonker St. The staff is very friendly, especially Lorna. She made great effort to help us with our rooming. Excellent! The room is very spacious and comfortable. I love every part of the common areas especially the green areas and the spa. Definitely a good choice for the next visit.

Hotel Puri Melaka is located in the Jonker area. We had a pleasant stay. It is a mid-size hotel with 92 rooms. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Jessica in particular was very helpful when I needed a AA battery for my wireless mouse. She brought one to me within 5 minutes. The courtyard is a very nice area to enjoy breakfast; very tranquil and pretty. The only complaint we have is that the sound insulation is rather poor. We could near our neighbours watching TV/videos late into the night.

Walking distance to Jonker Walk and other major attractions. I found the hotel to be clean, inviting and love the overall heritage decorations! The room is big and spacious, the staff was very friendly and consistently making sure we are comfortable and the breakfast provided was amazing (many options). I came here with my parents and they too enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended :)

An excellent location, not too near and not too far from Jonker St. Lorna went out of her way to help my family secure the rooms that we needed. Very cheerful and efficient indeed. Keep up the spectacular work! Its so wonderful to meet staff who are friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
