Hotel with great value. The room is spacious, with nice external terrace. However, The floor is not clean and the AC seems not serviced for years (see AC filter screen picture). The bed is damaged, (see room #2) There's refrigerator, however water boiler is not available. With some touch, this hotel can be perfect one.

For a very affordable price, the cleanliness of the room is good, the bathroom is also clean and has a bathtub, hot water runs smoothly, the room is spacious, there is a mini refrigerator too, the AC is cold and works well, the cupboard is very large, there are chairs and a table in the room. Also given a soap brush and shampoo as well as a towel even if you order online. The only downside is that the TV can't be turned on and WiFi, but there's no problem because I happen to not like watching, and that's understandable because it's according to the price too. Very satisfying for a very affordable price range. Oh yes, the staff is also normal, no complaints whatsoever.

Because I read the positive and negative reviews, I decided to crosscheck OTS first before booking directly online. Overall, after I visited and looked at the room directly, everything still seemed reasonable to me. (+) - The rooms are quite large and comfortable - the blanket is quite thick (I'm quite concerned about blankets) - clean room and bathroom + has a bathtub - there is a back terrace/balcony for relaxing - there is a TV, mini refrigerator in the room which functions well (-) - AC is not cold enough, needs improvement - You can't get toiletries, only towels, so prepare your own - The location is a bit into an alley and at night the portal is closed - the night security guard is not friendly Suggestion: - If you're sure you want to stay here, it's better to order online because the online price is much cheaper, almost 100k, if you book at a hotel the room price was 300k when I arrived. - If you're going home at night using public transportation, you have to get off at the portal and walk - Don't take the security guard too personally, just reduce interaction

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
