I stayed over due to plane delay. - The floor carpet was awful. The room carpet, you don't want to walk barefoot at all. - The toilet has pubic hair - The service was not available cos there're 600+ rooms and very little staff. (I think they tried their best but no staff means no service, not poor service tho.) The room however, is quite spacious, and bed fixed up nicely. It's modern and definitely better then most european hotels.

This hotel is exactly what an airport and business hotel should be. We arrived after 10pm, but received excellent service and nothing but smiles at the front desk. Due to a long trip we were in need of some food and even though the restaurant was closed we were taken care of getting served varm and well tasting food. The room has the essentials you expect and are simple and elegant in their design. After visiting a lot of different hotels in China the past year this one stands out as a suprising front runner. We will definitely come back the next time we are out travelling.

Okay hotel. Stayed for a layover. The free shuttle was on time for pickup and drop-off to the airport which was nice. The hotel itself is pretty new and the common areas are very nice and they had great Christmas decorations. The room itself was okay. Alot of scuff marks on the wall though and no exhaust fan in the bathroom which I found strange. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. With many options to choose from. No onsite restaurant though you have to go to a nearby hotel but they drive you over there in a golf cart. Not much around hotel so if your hungry you can't really buy anything unless you have Wechat or alipay for the self serve store outside the hotel. I would recommend the hotel for a 1 night stay because of the shuttle and breakfast but for long term stays I would find somewhere else.

I stayed one night in queen -size bed room because of morning transit. Front desk is opened 24 hours, and good communication in English. Breakfast is including on room rate, but I didn't have. Opening from 7:00 to 10:00. Shuttle bus service is limited, so please contact hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
