        Incredible value for money - huge room, very comfortable. Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was under rennovation, which was mildly inconvenient. However, there were good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

        1. LOCATION SUCKS! No clear signs of where the hotel and parking is. 2. Of course…NO PARKING! Have to park at Heritage Lane parking lot AND at first a little confusing how to get to the hotel! So technically walk out of heritage parking to go across the hotel (again no signage!!!) 3. Room is very underwhelming. AC is clinging on dear life - its barely blowing any cold air. Musty room smell too. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I am sure there are better ones around. No doubt when googling this hotel, it seems very legit but how unfortunate. It’s a big NO!

        1. They did not provide parking for customers. They asked me to park on the roadside without any responsibility. In the end, the police came and fined my car, even on the weekend. 2. Their receptionist is really unhelpful. Management, please consider replacing that Malay girl with glasses and long hair. I asked her how to get to my room, but she answered rudely without even looking at my face. 3. The room is not the same as advertised. 4. I will not recommend it to others.

        Genuinely one of the worst hotels i’ve ever been to in my life… do not come here!! 1. upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and we had to call someone to check us in 2. front desk lady was incredibly rude 3. when we went into the rooms they were FILTHY - used towels - unmade beds - hair all over the floor 4. when we went to address the problem the front desk lady was rude and unapologetic 5. the new “clean” rooms were also disgusting — dirt on the toilet and floors, the walls were filthy, etc This hotel sucks

        4 star hotel. All is lousy. Hotel room include breakfast but the breakfast is go other cafe to eat. What is the point for us book room with breakfast. Hotel aircond no wind at all Totally worst experience. WONT COME BACK ANYMORE!
