        A perfect choice for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to the train station and the city centre, very convenient. Everything is well organized and I was well informed via emails. The room is clean, simple and cozy. Just hope they would have a bigger table.

        The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was fully equiped. The location is perfect : 20 min by walk from nearly every neighbourhoods (5-10 min by bike), close to many lines of buses and trams and 5 min by walk from the Central station ! But the room could be more cosy : there was no rug and the floor was really cold, no decorations/plants, etc. AND Nobody is here to welcome you (even during the day), no reception and no one in the hotel in case you have a problem, everything is managed online. You can speak to someone through the messagerie but imagine the person does not see your message on time (if you are stick outside for example) it can be very problematic! Several maintenance works took place during our stay, so it was too noisy and when we went out the common areas where cluttered with several tools. The people who were doing the works even came to bother us one morning so that we could change rooms so that they could fix something in our bathroom so that it would be ok for the next customers when there was no problem… Obviously we refused as we were well settled. The last day the check out was at 11am but our train was at 7:30pm, so we asked through the chat if we could drop our luggage’s somewhere in the hotel for the day, a person answered us to let them in a room in the main entrance and to write on the chat when we pick up to have the door open remotely. BUT the room in the entrance was completely open and nobody is in the hotel to check, so everybody could have access to them + if the person who answer the chat is not available or does not answer when we want to pick up our stuff it could be very problematic! There is no service at all so it is a bit expensive for that even if the room is well equipped and comfortable! We won’t come back

        Great place to stay, very close to all the main things to do in Antwerp and a couple of minutes walk from the Centraal station. Staff was really nice and the studios were spacious and clean.

        I had a booking for last weekend and unfortunately, Qstay canceled my booking, a mere 3 hours before check-in. The reason: the hotel was overbooked. Obviously, I was annoyed, not only because of the late cancellation, but also because I was already traveling in Belgium with a child. I called Qstay several times, but all I got was the voicemail. I left a message and sent messages via Booking.com, with no response whatsoever. Although I haven’t stayed here (yet), the lack customer service and non-responisiveness in this situation was extremely dissapointing. Hopefully responsivess will be a bit quicker in the future.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
