        After reading the reviews we were a bit worried but it seems that was unwarranted. This place was a nice, inexpensive stay for a couple days. We booked with choice hotels rewards points we had accumulated and were happy with our choice. The hotel had clean linens and a great breakfast which was included at no additional charge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. No complaints here.

        I would like to give like 3,5 stars. Stuff was really polite, area is great, it is quiet place with kind of nice view. Cleaning was everyday which was really great. But the shower could be cleaner, king size bed was made from two mattresses, so all the time they were moving. And from 4 wall plugs worked two. Walls in restaurant are dirty. Halls are full of some old stuff. And over all it need some reconstruction.

        I do not recommend staying here, this Hotel, although it is listed as 4 stars, is not even 2. First of all, the room is small, the closed air smells of mold. The mattresses are terrible, the springs literally come out of them. Stained, dirty carpet. Dirty and stained walls. Very old and non-functional air conditioning. The reception stops its own tip, does not give you a tax receipt for the services offered. Run away from this hotel.

        We booked this hotel a few months ago- reasonably priced. This hotel is located walking distance to the Vatican.We read some negative reviews ,but were pleasantly surprised👍🏼 The staff was friendly and helpful The room was air conditioned ,clean and neat.The hotel is dated and Im sure it was a gem in its day. The elevator operated, and we are on the 3rd floor with a shared balcony- we don’t plan to use it much so this is not an issue. If you are looking for a reasonably priced ,well located hotel , give them a chance. We will have breakfast tomorrow and will update this post accordingly.
