I'm shocked was better then I expected. Room was updated clean and No BUGs NO Roaches. Breakfast for choice members was very good grits eggs biscuits bacon. My cousin stayed at other hotel across town and was disappointed. Last night of stay no hot shower but it was so hot 🥵 outside really wasn't big issue

Double the price of most places in town, and yet the stopper was torn out of the bathtub so that I couldn't even take a bath, the television remote didn't even freaking work, and a smoking room didn't have an ashtray, so to say I wasn't impressed would be an understatement.

Looks like all AC leaks here. Rooms are as expected, but my AC didn't just leak outside but it also leaked inside. Realized it when i had a shirt on the floor and when I picked it up at a later time it was soaked. The corner of the room where the AC is located had the carpet soaked. I had to change rooms twice because the toilets had different issues, the first one leaked water when flushing on the bottom, the second room i changed to didn't flush at all. And of course the third room the AC leaked water inside the room. Poor maintenance overall.

We were staying at another hotel across town (dirty) which we always stayed at when visiting our daughter at college. It had become run down so we changed hotels to Qualify Inn. What a pleasant stay we had here (3 days) Everyone was great right down to the ladies cleaning the room!! Rooms were clean. My Mom also stayed here being that our daughter was now graduating college. We'd stay here again. Thank you again for making the rest of our stay pleasant. Room was clean. Just one negative. The water pressure was almost nonexistent. Other then that it was fine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
