        The greatest staff! After a long day, I arrived for my check-in, and I was received with a very warm welcome and the most beautiful smiles! I was so tired, but the staff lifted my spirit right away. When I arrived it was late, so the restaurant was already closed, but the pub stays open later, so you can still order food and have it served either at the pub or in your room.. The room was neat and cozy, and the bed was just perfect for my tired body. Breakfast in the morning was great!

        I am writing to complaint about the cleanliness and attitude of staff in Winnipeg Quality Inn and Suite. We lived in this hotel separately from 7-9 November and 23-24 November. Both living experiences reflect the hotel services cannot reach the basic requirements in the general quality of Quality Hotel. On the days of 7-9 November, there are many cleanliness problems occur in the room, nails and hair spread on the carpet and washroom countertop. No garbage bag fill the bin and is just placed aside of bin. The breakfast kitchen staff attitude is worse. She warned us not to take away the food from the breakfast. The instruction of breakfast is placed on the table with small font size description. The guest is difficult to pay attention to this instruction. We reflect the situation to the Frontline staff. She just say "sorry". The above situations are still happened in the next living on 23-24 Nov. On the days of 23-24 Nov, the garbage bag is still places aside the bin. The breakfast kitchen staff is not helpful to the guest. She complained my little son make a mass when having a breakfast. The responsibility of cleaning staff is to help the guest to clean, vacuum the carpet, fill the new garbage bag in the bin. This is the basic job requirement of cleaning staff must reach. The job duties of the breakfast kitchen staff is to clean the table and floor after the breakfast time. The little guest must feel safe to dine in breakfast whatever make the mass carelessly on the floor. They are obviously shown that those staff, cleaning staff and breakfast kitchen staff cannot reach their job duties and responsibilities in your company. And generate the worse impression of child not friendly hotel to the guest in these poor living experiences. I have already sent this complaint letter to the group of ChoiceHotels. The reply is if they finish my case, they will credit 10,000 points as compensation. After a month, I don't receive any follow up and any compensation. I don't care about those 10,000 points, but my expectation is did ChoiceHotels follow up about the hotel services, especially those staff I mentioned about. Last but not least, if you have children in your trip, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. This is not child-friendly hotel. As you are parents, you must be blamed by some irresponsible staff if you child have breakfast and carelessly make mess on the floor.

        I came with my dad to eat at Golden Elephant Restaurant attached to the hotel. Right after eating, my dad inquired at the front desk of the hotel about a business related exchange. He asked if the owner or manager was present. The front desk attendant named Oliver (not quite sure if I heard it right) was VERY rude from the get go. "uhhhh what can I do for you." "whats the problem." His words werent rude but his TONE was definitely rude. There was no care in his voice or expression. He was wearing a mask but you could see his eye expression and movement match his attitude. He spoke with entitlement of his position which was NOT high up at all. He spoke like he had zero time to listen to a customer. Im glad my dad spoke up about the wrongful attitude. Right after my dad called him out, he changed his tone RIGHT AWAY. He explained he was busy fixing some mishap. Regardless of if he was busy or not, his reaction and responses to EVERYONE who speaks to him should be welcoming and inviting. Hes the first contact of the clients coming to the hotel. Not a very good first contact. Initially my dad left a business card to pass on to the owner or manager but after the interaction he took back the business card because that front desk attendant did not represent the business well and does not deserve his time. I kept my distance during the interaction but as a daughter its so infuriating to have someone treat my dad like that. Do better. Train better. Hire better. For reference we left at around 2:20-2:30pm on Sunday December 3, 2023.

        I recently have the pleasure of staying at the Quality Inn & Suites Hotel, and I must say, it is an exceptional experience. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed is comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. One of the things that impressed me the most is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They are always attentive, polite, and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
