Got a room for the night. When I arrived I had hoped to take a nice hot shower and there was no hot water at all. I had to wash my hair under the faucet in cold water and take a sponge bath in cold water. I was not happy at all. When I checked out, I advised the woman at the counter about the water situation and all she said was that she would let the manager know. I paid full price for a room with no hot water. They could've offered a discount. Not being able to have a hot shower prior to attending the New Years Party I was there for was really upsetting. Make sure to check that they have fixed the hot water issue before you stay here.

Hey everyone, I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Anderson and wanted to share my thoughts. The pictures online made it look way nicer, bigger, and cleaner, and more amenities than there actually was. The cleanliness was a big issue - the room wasn't properly cleaned and it felt dirty overall. The floors weren’t vacuumed, stains on sheets/covers, smell wasn’t pleasant, stains on blinds and a whole lot of marks on the walls and all furniture some are missing handles……I also felt a bit unsafe in the area, which was disappointing. There was a lot of noice and sketchy commotion in the parking lot all night, Oh, and don’t walk around in socks/bare feet because the dirt on the floor will stain your feet and clothing items, which was not cool. The smell of marijuana and smoke surrounds the place. Just wanted to give you a heads up so you can make an informed decision when choosing a place to stay…Until changes/improvements are made to this “quality” inn…I’d find a better option 👎

One thing I expect is to have hot water. The front desk tells me there's no mainstream working on the weekend. They also say the manager isn't here. So you decide if that's the kind of hotel you'd like to stay at.
