The Quality Inn Flamingo in Atlantic City is very good. Heating works well. Not to busy during the winter months. Comfortable room with an actual bathtub room 125. Bring your own drinks/snacks. Small convenience store across the street but avoid after dark. Still some bad elements in the area but overall safe.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn Flamingo. It’s very close to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The room we had was clean, no sign of bed bugs. There is a good size fridge in the room. We stayed at in the King Suite for two nights. The housekeeper came by and cleaned the room for us, gave us fresh towels, new soap, etc. Overall, for the price it was a nice hotel. The breakfast was also fantastic. We brought food to have for lunch to save money and they have a microwave in the breakfast area so you can heat up the food which I thought was very convenient. Stay here if you want a good hotel for a cheap price right next to the beach. 👍🏻

It was a terrible stay and terrible customer service. we ended up being in room 214 and took forever to fall asleep because there was an alarm going off all night. Called numerous times. It stopped for maybe an hour then then got woken up to it again. Because of not being able to sleep we missed the breakfast and they refused to give us any kind of discount for the horrible stay.

The whole place is sketchy. My bfs mom got the room & as soon as we moved our stuff in, a big roach it looked like, was 10 inches away from her head ON THE PILLOW! We immediately got up and started moving our items since it just put off a disgusting feeling. Currently waiting to get a refund & find another place to stay during a busy cheer competition. This is horrible. 👎🏼👎🏼

Okay so here's it fast to the point area is shady but it is atlantic city room smelled like bleach but I killed 3 roaches when the lights turned on. Don't say you weren't warned. I did get a full refund the staff were apologetic and did try to place me in another room but I was all set. Roaches are a part of life just not mine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
