Pros: excellent location. Mins to walk of frame. A lot of food choices nearby. 10 mins drive to universal studios. Cons: “breakfast” is a frozen burrito with biscuit and a bottled water. Car park is low clearance and could be hard to navigate especially when it pretty full and you drive a minivan or something bigger. Overall was a decent stay.

Not the cleanest room, stained pillow case, dirty tiles in bathroom, old used soap bar on the shelf in the shower. Creepy guy in breakfast room, asking to praise him to his manager, watching you eat, asking too many questions. For breakfast only waffles, yogurt and fruit, no bread, eggs.

We had a very lovely trip! Parking is available in the basement, there’s a clean pool, and we were able to walk or take a shuttle to most of our destinations. A great place to stay if you’re visiting the Hollywood Bowl. We had an issue with our first room, but the front desk was very kind, and George was able to move us right way. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool: clean and goes to 7 ft deep! Ice machine: works Vending machine: available but limited options. Breakfast: To-go bags available for a limited time in the morning. TVs: HTMI ports and cable available Air condition/heat: available and works Lots of outlets!

Service is excellent, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel itself seems older but is slowly going through updates. Many broken fixtures so repairs are needed. Although the rooms are spacious, it doesn't change the fact that the bathtub is broken and leaks. Unfortunately, the pictures and descriptions are incredibly misleading. The neighbourhood is not bright and sunny as in the photos, and I wouldn't feel safe going for a stroll at any time of the day although it is very central and convenient. The complimentary breakfast is a mere bag of a packaged granola bar and a frozen burrito from Costco most likely. You won't get housekeeping unless you request it, but don't bother as your sheets and towels won't be cleaned or replaced by new/clean ones anyway. You'll be lucky if you get one that isn't stained.

Good location for the tourist bits. Good size room and clean, but BREAKFAST IS EXCEPTIONALLY POOR. Very much mis-sold from the advert showing a breakfast room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
