we do not recommend this hotel! Upon arrival we noted at the reception that our room was dirty and asked to be cleaned immediately! two days later the room had never been cleaned and when we said it again we were told to leave the room for ten minutes to clean it! There are definitely much better! do not prefer it! there was dust everywhere and rubbish. The sheets had definitely not been changed, fortunately we had brought them with us! They are not giving us hair dryer !!

The 24/7 reception was a great Thing, the receptionists were Always friendly and helpful. The rooms (For 4 Persons) was way too small. 2 days before leaving the WiFi Stopped working, great Thing If you want top Check in at the Airport via online Check-in

Amazing location. 24/7 reception and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were absolutely tiny. Wifi was a bit on the slow side too.

Great location and clean, large rooms. Given its central location, be prepared for the trash collection below your window from 5:35-6am. Also, the front desk was not helpful in calling a taxi to the airport - instead opting to arrange a much more expensive airport transfer. Likely a communication issue, but a pricey one.

The best point of this is the superb location. Rooms are spacious. But none of the facilities like washing machine, dishwasher function. Broken door knobs. Ac comes with no instructions and suddenly shuts down or blows hot or cold. Reception can speak limited English

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
