Read the negative reviews. I wish we had. This used to be a nice hotel. It has not been maintained or updated in quite some time. Our stay was a nightmare. Between a broken toilet, sticky worn out furniture, sticky carpet, roaches, dust on the walls, sad breakfast (bruised bananas, cereal, bread, filthy waffle makers, empty yogurt fridge, sad scrambled eggs) the permeating smell of chemicals...and no extra bedding for the broken pull-out couch ... Just no. Very sad to see this place in this state of being. We stayed here ten years ago. It was really nice back then. So, that's why we stayed there this time. But, obviously things change. And this hotel is not up to standards anymore. Also, the toilet was broken when we got there. We told the front desk. The gentleman came to see it and then proceeded to ask us what we thought he should do...that was odd. He then finally got a plunger and the toilet was overflowing by the time he got back. He eventually got towels to clean the water from the floor and left the wet pile behind and around the toilet. We asked for another room and were told they were full. (Just an hour earlier he was trying to check me in as a walk in...we had reservations and he never asked until I told him. ) He also kept saying, "I will tell maintenance tomorrow, it's too late tonight." At breakfast the next morning, the person who put out the food raised his voice at a customer making waffles because they didn't flip it over fast enough and the machine was beeping. Most unpleasant hotel experience ever.

Customer service was excellent. Kushbu who was at the front desk was welcoming, and very professional. My kids enjoyed themselves in the indoor pool, and the breakfast that is provided was a nice touch. The rooms are clean and a quiet location. I will be back.

Absolutely hands down the best welcoming, friendly atmosphere i have had yet. The front desk associates are the best, and go above and beyond for your needs. My son absolutely loves the breakfast and the indoor swimming pool.. I’m very glad we chose this hotel to stay at and if I ever need to stay in a hotel again, Quality in Suites, an Addison in Texas is where I will go.

Upon arriving at this hotel I was greeted with nothing but kindness and so far the stay has been great and amazing I have nothing to complain about. From the front desk to house keeping it is all wonderful if you want a great place to be this is it I would definitely recommend it. I have been or stayed at a lot of hotels but this one definitely tops them all.

I have to find the place for pet Friendly. There are only few place in this area so I chosen this place for my gap of moving out of states between. The first few days on 3rd floor was not happy because of the room condition was so bed: carpet smelling and saw the mice that staffs caught after. BUT the manager changed my room to 1st floor with hardwood finished. The new room is clean a lot better condition. The bathroom has to renovates someway somehow. Staffs here - I want to recommend this place because of that. 1. Breakfast preparing by Paul- he always on time to prepared foods and make sure maintaining clean and fulfilling customer needs. 2 Front desk her name KHUSHBOO - she is very responsible and make sure all the customers needs. Also she does recognize customers and always says hello to us with her big smile, This place is very competitive on price wise. If you compare by 4-5stars yes this is not for you but if you looking for staying with your pets or needing stating long, I definitely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
