This is an affordable gem! I ended up staying longer than expected and Nikki at the front desk was so kind and accommodating! She let me keep my same room when I accidentally booked a different room type from my previous reservation and made it super easy for me to book additional nights as needed for my stay. Rooms are spacious and the property is clean and quiet. The complimentary waffles for breakfast were a tasty perk!

Much better than expected, being so close to the airport... you can literally walk across the street from the car rental check in. Very clean, no negative smells. Room was large and very clean. Very quiet and the property was fenced in for added security. This property is definitely not in the best area...but we felt very safe and secure. Reccommend 100%, if you need an economical stay, near the airport, before you continue your stay in ir around Houston.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Hotel is at Hobby Airport. So, flying into Houston Hobby early Friday evening, leaving Saturday morning, I called days ahead to ask about a shuttle bus from the terminal to the hotel. Hotel's phone was out of order. (!?) Called Choice CS, rep told me to email my Q to the Manager, bhavinp1226 at gmail dot com. I did. No reply. On arrival, discovered no Quality Suites shuttle. Luckily, the Marriott shuttle driver kindly took me to the Quality hotel. Checking in, the receptionist confirmed, hotel phone has been out of service for weeks. There is no food service in the hotel or within walking distance, so I went on my laptop to order-in food. ($$) But, there was no WIFI. (!?) So, no dinner. Next morning, breakfast consisted of two kiddy cereals (pitcher of sour milk) and a waffle maker. No eggs, no yogurt. Fruit: an apple. Made a waffle, couldn't find any butter, was told they were "out of butter". In the last three months, I've spent eleven nights at Choice hotels in seven different cities across six states. They are generally quite good. This 'Quality' Hobby hotel is an embarrassment to Choice Hotels and the Manager, Bhavin Patel, is incompetent. And, cheap. If you fly in to Hobby, overnight and fly out, without use of a car, this hotel is a bad choice. Book the Marriott. CH

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
