        Very unsafe feeling overall. We encountered homeless people hiding in dark alcoves near the lobby entrance and loud and drunk people in the hallways. The night manager was okay. We tried to get into our room, but it was latched from the inside. It was also pitch black in there when there's usually 1 light on inside. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear so many people and/or the TVs. The hallway smelled a little like cigarettes. We didn't stay. Ended up checking out immediately without going into the room.

        After reading the reviews i was a bit scared to be honest. Started looking for other hotels while driving up. Everything sold out. So, we said let’s see what it looks like. Outside is a bit desolate and looks abandoned to be honest. Inside there is a strong smell, not sure what. The lady at the desk let us check in 45 min early. Let us know there is no phone service.. I’ve never used the phone so no worries. We did get a renovated room, and it was very nice. It also had a strong smell and a humming noise all nice. We thought it was a vacuum during construction hours but it went through the night. I like sleeping with noise so it worked in my favour. The bed was clean after checking, the washroom was clean and stocked. The towels and wash clothes were fine. Not thick like I’m at 5 star place but do-able. Once construction is done I have no doubt it will be nice, and maybe more costly. Breakfast want as bad as noted. As posted in my photo. I enjoyed the cereal. Maybe I’m old. Definitely not as bad as the reviews say, unless you get an old room Also-my son hated it haha

        Place is nice. Nice rooms, big beds. But they didn't inform me my reservation didn't go though, so I had to pay almost Double what I would have with my on line reservation. Grab and go breakfast is only from 6 to 9. I am here on vacation with my 4 year old. No one is getting up that easy for breakfast. Honestly. Very disappointed.

        Checked in very late. I called the place to let them know and I Spoke to Robert , what a nice guy to deal with, he waited for me held the room, made sure I was well take. Care of , had trouble finding the rear entrance and he personally came to open the door for us, could not have been more professional, gave me a nice room recently renovated and we were very impressed, will definitely come back to stay here anytime I come to London….thanks again Robert for making us feel very welcomed!!

        I stayed their new year eve the room are spouse to be renovated. Today is Jan 13 I have been sick every and it's not Like any sickness I ever had in my life . That place looks hunted wouldn't recommend to a DOG.
